- Demonstrates competency in clinical practice; self-directed in goal-setting in
management of complex patients and families; utilizes the nursing process and is

- Applies the nursing process to assess and care for women of
childbearing age, specifically low and high-risk antepartum,
intrapartum and postpartum patients and their neonates. - Maintains competency in interpretation of fetal heart rate tracings.
