This position coordinates the business and operational activities for the Surgery Systems department of the Northside Hospital System. Responsibilities include participation in operational improvements in surgery, administrative oversight of assigned department(s), and other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED:
1. Certified Surgical Tech (CST) 2. B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or other related field. 3. Two (2) years of experience as a Surgery Systems Clinical Analyst. 4. Knowledge of MS Office Products 5. Must possess excellent analytical skills. 6. Demonstrated knowledge of network procedures and applications. 7. Ability to communicate effectively. 8. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
PREFERRED:
1. Prior leadership experience. 2. Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare 3. Clinical systems experience preferred.
