Responsibilities

The Physician Practice Projects Manager will collaborate with leadership on strategic and process improvement initiatives, ensuring they are developed and managed using a data-driven focus, aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives within the practice, as well as those underway in the healthcare industry under the guidance of the Practice Administrator. The position will focus on aligning external industry development with internal progression, designing and implementing solutions that drive optimization and align practice performance with demand from the industry’s evolving landscape. This position will direct various projects from the practice-wide perspective taking into account resource allocation, project adherence to business objectives, and the identification of issues that pose a threat to project deliverables. In addition, this position serves as a liaison between the practice and hospital for various system initiatives, and is expected to maintain an acute awareness of the healthcare industry and the opportunities, as well as demands it presents.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Experience/working knowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practices.

Preferred:

 

  1. Project Management
  2. Lean Six Sigma
  3. Master’s Degree, Field of Study: Healthcare, Business
