Responsibilities

Coordinates system-wide marketing activities for all employed Northside Physician Enterprise practices and Northside Service Lines.  Serves as a liaison between the physician specialties that are part of the Northside Physician Enterprise department and Northside Service Lines and the primary care and specialty physicians throughout the Northside service areas.

This person is actively responsible for strategic development opportunities to assist in growing the referral network back to the physician network and service lines. This individual will work to develop sales and relationship building initiatives, outreach efforts, gathering and assessing market and practice data for sales and assisting with creating and maintaining relationships with all hospital departments, physicians and the communities we serve.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Serves as a physician and community liaison for all Northside employed practices and service lines.
  2. Conduct outreach on behalf of physician practices to referring physicians by identifying markets, referring physician practices and coordinate and schedule physician to physician visits to market our services.
  3. Develop strategic plans for marketing and for communication and outreach to practices by specialty, geography, etc. The goals are to create relationships, brand awareness and ultimately establish new or increase referral sources and market share.
  4. Establish a strong relationship with the referring physicians and gain in-depth knowledge of the market and referral patterns to effectively promote all Northside physician practices and service lines.
  5. Identifies and helps develop marketing collateral needed for key programs, practices and service lines and utilize these materials to communicate initiatives and programs both internally and externally.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

  1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a healthcare related field required.
  2. Minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience in healthcare environment
  3. Experience analyzing and evaluating effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  4. Experience with data processing, spreadsheet and database programs.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

  1. Experience developing marketing programs to meet objectives of strategic
  2. Demonstrated ability to independently perform market research to identify marketing opportunities.
  3. Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop collateral on products/services.

 

  1. Knowledge of tools to communicate and share information with service line leaders and administration (marketing calendars, centralized way to view and collect strategic information with internal stakeholders, etc.)
