Responsibilities

Responsible for training and supervising Practice location's medical assistants. Responsible for acting as a liaison for back office staff, management team and physicians. Responsible for providing clinical support to the physicians. Responsible for performing all duties in accordance with Practice policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required:

  1. High school or equivalent; additional education may be required for specific clinical areas.
  2. A minimum of five years experience in a physician's office.
  3. Current CPR Certification

 

Preferred

  1. Certified M.A. preferred but can be substituted by experience.
  2. Previous supervisory experience
