Northside Hospital is seeking a Physician Financial Project Coordinator (This is a leadership position) to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial initiatives, manage complex projects, and optimize financial performance across our physician clinic enterprise.

 

As a Physician Financial Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead financial projects: Oversee complex projects, from planning to execution, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline.
  • Provide strategic insights: Utilize advanced analytics to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Optimize financial performance: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various departments to deliver impactful results and support organizational goals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • At least six years of finance experience with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to the success of our organization.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • MBA or MHA degree
  • Prior experience with physician clinic financial reporting
