KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.
- Demonstrated proficiency in skills applicable to designated area within probationary period.
- Four (4) years of experience in nursing, with minimum of two (2) years in area of specialty.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, coordinates diversified and multiple activities, and make appropriate clinical and managerial decisions. Must possess advanced problem solving skills.
- Successful completion of a management course prior to appointment, or within six (6) months of employment.
- Certified in cardio‑pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: MOTHERSFIRST
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- International certification in childbirth education or International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLC). If not certified in childbirth education, obtain International Certification in Childbirth Education within 6 months.
- B.S.N. degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Five years’ experience as an RN, including at least two years’ experience in adult/community education.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: DIABETES & NUTRITION EDUCATION
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Certified Diabetes Educator
- B.S.N. degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Five years’ experience as an RN, including at least two years’ experience in adult/community Education
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: IV THERAPY
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.
- Demonstrated proficiency in skills applicable to designated area within probationary period.
- Four (4) years of experience in nursing, with minimum of two (3) years in area of specialty.
- National Certification in specialty Infusion Nursing (INS) or Vascular Access (AVA)
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, coordinates diversified and multiple activities, and make appropriate clinical and managerial decisions. Must possess advanced problem solving skills.
- Successful completion of a management course prior to appointment, or within six (6) months of employment.
- Certified in cardio‑pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED: MOTHERSFIRST AND CENTER FOR PERINATAL MEDICINE
- Previous perinatal education management experience.
- M.S.N. or M.N. degree
- Experience with marketing/community relations
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED: DIABETES & NUTRITION EDUCATION
- Previous diabetes coordinator/management experience.
- M.S.N. or M.N. degree

MEDICAL/SURGICAL UNITS

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED: IV Therapy
- B.S.N. Degree
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: RADIOLOGY
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years prior leadership experience in Radiology
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Five (5) years experience in Radiology.
- Two (2) years experience in a supervisory capacity.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: SURGERY SCHEDULING
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.
- Demonstrated proficiency in skills applicable to designated area within probationary period.
- Four (4) years of experience in nursing, with minimum of two (2) years in area of specialty.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, coordinates diversified and multiple activities, and make appropriate clinical and managerial decisions. Must possess advanced problem solving skills.
