Are you a financial expert with a passion for healthcare?

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Financial Analyst and play a pivotal role in driving our physician finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex financial analysis projects
• Develop and manage physician compensation reports
• Analyze practice profitability and identify improvement areas
• Construct pro forma financial statements for new initiatives
• Handle ad-hoc financial requests with expertise
• Mentor and educate junior analysts

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum 4 years of healthcare finance experience
• Advanced Excel and Access skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

PREFERRED:

• Master’s in Business Administration or Health Administration.
• Designation as Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Two year’s experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or Health Care Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with databases using SQL or other advanced system languages. Adept at creating and managing complex queries.
