The Director of Campus Financial Operations is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the financial health of the assigned hospital Campus. Their role involves driving business decisions through strategic thinking and analysis, meeting financial goals and targets, and facilitating day-to-day financial matters. The Director’s influence also extends to guiding operational and financial leadership decisions, thereby ensuring the ongoing business and operational health at the Campus.
REQUIRED
1. B.S. Degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or other related field.
2. Minimum of seven (7) years healthcare financial experience.
3. Excellent supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED
1. Masters in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting, or related field.
