We're seeking a dynamic Director of Campus Financial Operations to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business decisions, optimize financial performance, and contribute to the overall success of our hospital campus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning:
    • Develop long-term financial strategies that align with the campus's overall mission and goals.
    • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
    • Forecast future financial trends and prepare contingency plans for potential risks.
  • Risk Management:
    • Implement robust risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
    • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial stability and sustainability.
  • Technology Implementation:
    • Evaluate and implement new financial technologies and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Lead the development and implementation of data analytics solutions to gain insights into financial performance.
    • Ensure data security and privacy compliance in all financial operations.
  • Sustainability Initiatives:
    • Incorporate sustainability principles into financial decision-making.
    • Develop strategies to reduce the campus's environmental impact and improve energy efficiency.
    • Identify opportunities for green investments and sustainable financing options.
  • Fundraising and Grants Management:
    • Oversee fundraising initiatives and grant applications to secure additional funding for campus projects.
    • Manage grant compliance and reporting requirements.
    • Develop strategies to diversify funding sources and reduce reliance on traditional revenue streams.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years of healthcare financial consulting experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Masters in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
