The Operational Support Spec role performs a variety of duties to support the Choice+ Team including but not limited to receiving and screening calls, and responding to employee and other inquiries, overseeing the mail process (incoming, distribution, and outgoing) for the team. Other duties include inventorying and ordering office supplies and equipment, time and attendance, purchase orders and invoices, develops spreadsheets/databases, compiles reports and statistical data as well as data entry. The Operational Support Spec also oversees employee ID badges for the team, manages employee files and onboards new hires.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other electronic applications, typing/computer knowledge/skills must be superior, must possess great communication/service skills, be analytical, a self-starter/take initiative and be able to adapt their pace to the needs of the department.
