Responsibilities

Provides technical support for all Employee Health systems. Works with each area of Employee Health to maintain daily system operations and maximize the efficiency of office functions.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Three (3) years healthcare systems experience, or five (5) years information systems experience. General knowledge of Human Resources policies/procedures and Healthcare compliance. High degree of emotional intelligence Excellent oral and written communication skills; skilled and experienced in coaching, group facilitation and conflict resolution. Strong customer services skills and attitude. Ability to follow precise procedures with attention to detail. Ability to work with a team to create effective departmental strategies and meet team goals. Skilled in the use and application of Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel, Access, & Outlook) or equivalent. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of Instructor/Trainer experience, representing HR/Health insurance industry. Advanced with Microsoft Excel. LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF GEORGIA None
