At Atlanta Gynecologic Oncology, we recognize that each patient is unique, and each type of women's gynecologic cancer is different. That is why our goal is to offer you cancer care based on mutual trust and communication. Our goal is to provide advanced cancer treatment and continued emotional support to ensure the best possible outcome and restore your quality of life.

Our fellowship-trained surgical oncologists, Dr. Gerald Feuer, Dr. Michelle Glasgow and Dr. Adam Pyrzak are experts in caring for women who have been diagnosed with gynecologic cancers—including cervical, endometrial, uterine and ovarian cancer. We offer you the latest technology and minimally invasive robotic-assisted surgical approaches to treat your gynecologic cancer.

We are part of the Northside Hospital Cancer Institute (NHCI) Gynecologic Cancer Program, Georgia’s leading provider of gynecologic (GYN) cancer care, diagnosing and treating more new cases of gynecologic cancers than any other hospital in Georgia. Manages patient care of an assigned group of patients in accordance with the philosophy and policies of the appropriate division. Nurses at Northside are professionals committed to patients/families and all members of the Healthcare team. Our nursing practice reflects the values of collaboration, communication, coordination, integration, and empowerment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

1. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
2. Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
3. Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED:

1. BSN degree
2. Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
3. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
