Northside Hospital is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist in financial strategy and mentor junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex financial analysis and modeling projects
• Serve as subject matter expert for designated service lines
• Mentor Financial Analysts I & II
• Develop advanced financial reports and strategic insights
• Utilize Excel, SQL, Axiom, and visualization tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience
• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members
• Advanced analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA certification
• Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Health Administration
• Healthcare finance background
