Histology Lab Supervisor - Night shift - MUST have HT Certification

Organizes, and staffs the work activities of the laboratory during each shift to provide laboratory services to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

REQUIRED

1. Four (4) years’ experience as a histology technician and have ASCP certification as a histology technician.
2. Must submit to color vision acuity test. Color vision acuity is required to safely perform the duties of this position.

PREFERRED

1. Computer skills: knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel); basic statistics skills. 
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. BS degree in science
4. Certified as a HT or HTL (ASCP).
5. Two years of Supervisory and/or management experience in a histology laboratory.
