Cardiac Sonographer/Echo Tech (Full-Time)

Performs 2-D, M-mode, color flow mapping and cardiac Doppler echocardiography tests on the adult and geriatric patient population.  Responsible for maintaining performance improvement documentation in cardiac and ultrasound in accordance with IAC.

REQUIRED

1. An appropriate credential in echocardiography:

• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) from American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• Canadian Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CRCS), Sonography Canada
• Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (ACS) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• 2. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support

Shift:

Availability for evening shifts (time is flexible but looking to cover as late as 10:00 pm - Midnight). 
Rotating weekend shifts (2 shifts per 4 week schedule period on average), holidays and on-call 
as needed.
