Responsibilities

Northside Hospital Cancer Institute is hosting an RN & LPN recruitment event for the Oncology service line system-wide! We are seeking RNs & LPNs with at least 1 year of experience in the following areas:

- Oncology
- Med/Surg
- Critical Care

Hiring leaders from all campuses will be in attendance- Atlanta, Forsyth, Cherokee, Gwinnett, along with our outpatient clinic locations across the metro area . You will have the opportunity to meet with these leaders, learn more about these departments and find out for yourself what sets Northside Hospital apart!

This in-person event will be held on Tuesday, March 18th from 4pm-7pm.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

  1. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  2. Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
  3. Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

 

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED:

  1. BSN degree
  2. Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
  3. Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
  4. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
