Roswell Internal Medicine is a full-service primary practice that specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions in adult patients. Our board-certified physician, Dr. Gorka Zurinaga, has served the Roswell community for over two decades, and offers a wide range of services to treat diseases, from common to complex. Dr. Zurinaga utilizes evidence-based medicine while emphasizing the needs of the whole person, and uses the latest technology and knowledge to provide patients with an individualized health plan that can keep them healthy in every stage of their life. We offer additional services in wellness and nutrition, and advocate advanced laboratory studies for the early diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Our physicians and nurse practitioners are registered nurses who have earned a Master's Degree in Nursing. They are board-certified in Family Medicine, allowing them to diagnose and treat patients of all ages. Responsible for communications between the nursing units and the Food Service Department in regard to patient menus, diet changes, and general patient services. Reads the patient menus to patients twice daily. Edits patient selections to meet restrictions associated with diet orders. Organizes and manages diet orders in a timely and effective manner. Develops menu tallies of special requests. Must be familiar with dietary restrictions on special, modified diets to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction. Reacts accurately and effectively to all changes to ensure efficiency. Assembles trays for patients and deliver meal trays to patient rooms and nursing units. Occasionally, may also prepare salads, desserts, beverages and other miscellaneous food items.

10 Tower is a 32-bed Acute Care General Surgery
Unit that provides care to a diverse cross-section
of patients. The unit is also equipped to provide
exceptional care for medical patients. The rooms are
all private with an annex to accommodate a family
member or friend who wants to stay overnight
with the patient. Our multi-disciplinary team works
collaboratively to provide high-quality, patientcentered
care to all patients. Nurse leadership
fosters a strong team culture and is always finding
